System architecture
This project is equipped with 32 sets of storage tanks for 25 kinds of powder and 7 kinds of liquid raw materials to be manually fed and stored (the LIDS are automatically opened by scanning the raw material barcodes). The materials are respectively fed to three linear moving metering machines (three scales are used, each corresponding to one row of feeding machines) for batching by screw type (powder type) and gravity type (liquid type). First, preset the empty metering barrels on the self-propelled mobile trolley. Then, the trolley will move the empty barrels to the feeding machine according to the formula for separate batching. After the batching is completed, manually send the three sets of metering barrels to the mixer for mixing to achieve the automated batching operation.
