Product Introduction：

The system is mainly applicable to three or four-story structure factories. It uses manual feeding or negative pressure suction to complete the conveying. The screw feeding method for metering meets the requirements of high-speed stirring dispersers or high-speed mixers for feeding, dust removal, conveying, storage, batching and weighing of powder materials such as resins, flame retardants and stabilizers. It can achieve interlocking control with high-speed stirring dispersers or high-speed mixers. It can achieve a feeding form where one set of batching system corresponds to 1 to 4 sets of high-speed stirring dispersers or high-speed mixers. This system can measure up to six types of powder and granular raw materials. For powder and granular raw materials with good fluidity, the measurement accuracy within the range of 10kg to 200kg can reach ±0.2% to 0.5%F.S. It is mainly applied in the production of products such as tires, rubber hoses and belts, wires and cables, rubber miscellaneous parts, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and chemical raw materials.
