Product Introduction：

The system is mainly applicable to industries such as color masterbatch color matching, functional masterbatch batching, injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. It is typically used for batch mixing of two or more ester raw materials in proportion and controlled by a program to make the batch mixing continuous, thereby achieving uniform mixing ratios. The metering system adopts the human-machine interface to input the corresponding proportioning parameters. Through the weighing sensor, the signal of each metering scale is transmitted to the weighing instrument. Then, the weighing instrument converts the signal and connects it to the central controller. The central controller, in combination with the set formula, controls the feeding time and amount of each material based on the real-time data of each metering unit. When all raw materials are weighed, All enter the horizontal mixer, undergo thorough mixing, and then enter the main screw through a vacuum suction feeder or by gravity. This system can measure up to 8 kinds of granular raw materials, and the mixing ratio error of each batch (determined by the size of the set ratio) is controlled within ±0.1-0.5%F.S. Within.
