Product Introduction：

This system is an intelligent, fully automatic and high-precision material (granular, powder, sheet) metering and batching system independently developed by our company for the rubber, plastic, food, feed, pharmaceutical and other industries. It is suitable for high-precision metering of raw material formulas of powder, granular and sheet materials under 5kg (200L large-capacity feeding mixing tank). This system adopts multiple feeding methods such as electromagnetic vibration and double (single) screw feeding, as well as a continuous stepless speed regulation intelligent control device. Multiple electronic scales are set up separately and driven independently. According to the different needs of users, it realizes the automatic control and management of the material weighing and batching process, ensuring the uniform and stable batching accuracy.
