Functional features
1. This system operates in conjunction with our company's "Automatic Loading Control System" (PLC+ human-machine) (through a network interface) to perform two-stage automatic loading control operations. Before a bulk truck enters the factory to pick up goods, it needs to first input information such as the vehicle number, customer, materials and the quantity of goods to be picked up through this system. Then, the set information is sent to the PLC, which then performs automatic loading control operations based on it. After loading is completed, the total weight, empty vehicle weight and other information are sent back. Then, this system will generate a new shipping record and print the weight slip based on this.
2. If the weighing slip fails to print (such as paper jams), allow it to reprint the weighing slip.
3. Through the division of the screen, the loading status of multiple truck scales (including: required weight, completed weight, abnormal alerts, loading operation status, and the I/O point status of the PLC) can be displayed simultaneously on the screen, as well as the historical records of loading and weighing for the current day.
4. Once the vehicle starts loading, if due to special reasons (such as equipment failure...)" Loading can be temporarily halted and then resumed on the same or another weighbridge.
5. The computer automatically generates the shipping serial number, and the serial number can be automatically reset to zero when changing years, months or days, or reset manually.
6. You can specify the starting time of a day's work (not midnight) by yourself, and when making reports, the computer will automatically handle the issue of data ownership across days.
7. During the automatic loading process, the loading operation can be paused or stopped at any time.
8. It is necessary to be capable of remotely setting the loading control parameters of the PLC.
9. It is necessary to be capable of remotely controlling the opening and closing of the discharge valve for equipment inspection purposes.
10. When the PLC malfunctions or generates an alarm, it provides a voice prompt function.
11. Detailed reports of weighing data for a certain day or period of time can be printed.
12. The password must be verified as correct before entering this system for operation. And all functions should be able to set usage permissions for convenient management.
13. Provide an automatic database backup function (on an annual basis) to minimize the risk of data loss and allow for the query of past weighing data by year.
14. Any combination of conditions can be used to filter or query data, and commonly used query conditions can be memorized.
15. It provides a function for combined data export. Users can customize the fields to be exported and their order according to their needs, and choose to export them to reports, Excel files, text (.txt) files, or dBASE(.dbf) files.
16. Important error messages, warning messages and prompt messages generated during daily operations can be archived for future analysis of the causes of errors and understanding of the situations encountered during daily operations.
17. It can record the operation logs of each vehicle's loading, which is convenient for tracing back the actual loading status.
